Francesca & Charlie were married at the local church before coming back to Charlie’s parents stunning country garden in Poynings, in the South Downs, Sussex, for the reception and wedding breakfast. Francesca and her friends had fluffed and froofed paper poms, the garden was tended and titivated, the lawns were mown.

On arrival Kirstin and Jenny served elderflower and champagne cocktails as a welcome drink along side Sarah’s parmesan hearts from our drinks stand, this went down a treat and had everyone suitably ‘relaxed’, (those cocktails are definitely ‘relaxing’). Francesca had chosen a sit down vintage tea party for her wedding breakfast served up on our vintage china collection. Later on we did a Hog Roast with Salads and Breads to keep everyone going.

 

It was lovely to have wedding photographer extraordinaire Lisa Devlin there shooting the wedding alongside the lovely Kat Hill who second shot with her. (more on Kat soon, and when she became an honorary member of ‘the gang’!)
