‘Facebook Memories’ tells me that it is a year since the Petal and Feast gang’s CPD day to Monks House. A Whole Year. Jayne sent through these photos a few days after we were there, and I have been meaning to blog them ever since – ummmm. Our trip to Monks House (where we were assumed to be part of a Literary Society (!)), came about after going to Charleston Farmhouse, the year before, I have photos from then too that I also need to blog!

We wafted through the house and gardens, hid from a poetry recital, admired Virginia’s home decor and garden. Pondered on how it is so much easier to live the Boho dream if you are wealthy, and lucky enough to have staff to do all the stuff you don’t want to! After Monks House we stopped in at the Ram Inn in Firle for lunch, all very civilised and appropriate for us literary lady types(!). Here are some of Sacco Pants’ lovely pictures! Where next Gang?
