This month we give you a real treat – Johnny’s own panzanella recipe. It is tried and tested, he made it for our lunch, and we all loved it – the crowd went wild… so as a summer treat for you all, while the tomatoes are at there best, we give you Johnny’s Panzanella! Tah-dah! Only to be made with delicious tomatoes.
